Calcarius is the project of Valentina Passalacqua, started in 2017 in the Gargano region of northern Puglia where it boarders Abruzzo. Valentina has been the leading light of biodynamic winemaking in Puglia since 2000, where her farm comprises 80 hectares of vines, fruit and vegetables. This is a brilliant introduction to Orange Wine!
