Perfect Serve: Open the bottle about 30 minutes before you drink it to give the wine a chance to open up, but don't worry if you can't wait that long! Serve at room temperature in a big red wine glass. It will also be a perfect bottle for Roast Lamb or Beef with all the trimmings.
